Not good for my skin
Hate to complain but my skin is horrible due to a bad reaction from this product. I used this several times and loved the hydration, however my skin is suffering poorly. I’m not sure if it’s stress, but I am unsatisfied with this skincare product. The smell truly isn’t ideal, I wish I knew better.

The SMELL
It is a shame that my overriding opinion on this product is just the smell. It is so strong and "natural" that it overpowers any other opinion about the product. I am sure without this the product would be a perfectly pleasant moisturiser, but honestly I cannot get passed the smell and as a result struggled to finish it and will not be repurchasing.

It's okay
I have been using the Kora Organics Active Algae Lightweight Moisturizer for a few weeks now, and while it's not my absolute favorite, it does the job. The lightweight formula absorbs quickly into my skin and provides adequate hydration throughout the day. Although I haven't seen any extraordinary results, it leaves my skin feeling refreshed and nourished. If you're looking for a basic moisturizer without any frills, this one could be a suitable option for you.

Awful smell
I received a generous deluxe sample of this and really wanted to like it due the company’s green ethics. The cream itself is very lightweight, sinks into the skin quickly and well. Tbh it is too lightweight for me as I prefer a richer, thicker consistency but would potentially be good for summer. Sadly I couldn’t handle the smell: it’s really not for me - it’s like pond water - so I only used it once

Avoid…
Everything about this moisturiser initially sounded great - good ingredients, refillable etc. However, when I opened the lid, the smell is pretty awful. It’s a competent moisturiser but I wouldn’t repurchase or recommend due to the smell, which is overpowering (think ‘gone off’, fish tank aroma). Sorry K Organics, not for me.
