Useless
I was disappointed in this product and think Kiehls should stick to skincare instead of haircare. This felt smooth when I applied it to my wet hair during the shower but once I washed it out it felt drier than ever. My hair is curly, thick and dry type but this conditioner was just awful. Left my hair looking like a stringy mess after and added no moisturising benefits. Never believe a product that says “suitable for all hair types” because there’s no such thing. Different types have different needs.

Great shampoo and conditioner

Lovely coconut scent
This is one of my favorite conditioners. I wish it came in a bigger size. It is light, good for daily use. If you have super dry hair, it may not be moisturizing enough. It will not weigh down hair, leaves hair soft and adds volume. It has a wonderful light coconut scent.

Repeat purchase
I was always told by my hairdresser to switch up shampoos/conditioners but I come back to this conditioner time and again. I have medium length, slightly curly hair that benefits from products with no silicon. Anything that weighs my hair down just makes it look limp and lifeless but this rinses clean and my hair feels light and bouncy after use.

Good conditioner
This is a good conditioner from Kiehl's and it leaves your hair feeling cleaned. It doesn't feel like you've put chemicals in your hair. I would prefer something with a thicker texture as for that price, it shouldn't feel like a standard conditioner. That said, Kiehl's is understated in their packaging and focuses on giving a good effective product.
