Gorgeous
I don't think you can go wrong with Byredo candles. We purchased this one for the library room in our new home as it sounded appropriate. It really just adds the perfect atmosphere to the room and we love to light it when we want an escape to read a book quietly.

Smell not what I expected
The candle looks very very chic, the smell is not what I expected though, it's much more floral and verges on a bit sickly almost like dried flowers when it's not lit, smells better when lit. I was expecting more of an oak panelled library vibe but that's not wha I get form this candle so I'm glad I smelt it first instead of just going by the bibliotheque name.

Smells wonderful
It smells wonderful and very unique, my flatmates adore it. It is expensive but in line with other luxury candle brands when you account for size. It burns evenly (something I sadly cannot say for diptyque!) and has great pay off. The packaging is high quality and what you would expect at this price point.

super nice
I absolutely love this candle. It has a very discreet design so its not too ostentatious, it smells wonderful, doesn't burn too quickly and for a Byredo product I would say that the price point is actually pretty good compared to other candles in the market out there. I would recommend this as a gift as anyone would love it or just as a nice thing to have in the house
