Wanted to love it
I originally bought this as a night cream but didn’t find it hydrating enough so switched it into my morning routine. To be honest I’m just using it up because it was quite expensive, but I won’t be repurchasing. It’s a gel texture with an almost jelly-like consistency, it applies nicely but does leave a bit of a residue, and the smell is odd, sort of sweet but a bit funky. It’s nice enough to be happy to finish the tub but not one to come back to.

This moisturiser has actually made my skin red/react quite a few times and I do not have sensitive skin. It is a very lightweight cream (it does say gel) so I would not get this if I wanted a proper moisturiser. It does sink in but leaves residue and I never tried it under makeup due to the consistency it has on the skin. I like how thin it is though and now I mostly use it on my neck! It also has a strong scent.

Got an allergic reaction to it
I have very sensitive and allergy prone skin that easily reacts to the majority of products. I did a patch test for this product and had no reaction on my arm. But this morning I put it on my face and half an hour later I got redness and itchiness on my jaw line and around my mouth. 😔 I had to wash my face right away. I can still feel my skin tingling. I'm sad that this product is not working for me because I love how it smells. 🍋 It's so refreshing and the texture of the cream is exactly how I like (water gel like).
