New to this product
I started to use this product religiously about 2 weeks ago. I am in my mid 40’s and have been noticing my neck skin changing for a few years now… I must say I REALLY LOVE IT! It feels great on skin and I feel it is helping my skin greatly! The only one thing I would like is for this product to have a softer smell.

How do you get this out of the jar?
I just got the product and was very disappointed to see that it is like a jelly in a jar. Given the price, I would expect a way to dispense it or at least instructions for getting it out of the jar and using it effectively. Any ideas? The contact page seemed to require a picture to get my question answered. Not sure why.

really conflicted--SCARY CHEMICAL SMELL
I wanted to love this, but the SCARY CHEMICAL SMELL (intentionally caps) made me really pause before putting it on my 'neck and lower face' as directed, which seemed unclear to me: to the chin? Below the nose? Avoid undereyes etc.? I tried it as instructed, with a bit of massage etc., and it didn't feel bad like burning or swelling, but the smell made it feel so not-right-for-me that I worried and would never ever consider kissing someone while I had this on, or even getting it on pet fur or my own hair or clothing. It felt that hardcore, plus says to keep out of reach of children. Today I may look more plumped in the neck and face area, although my skin has aged from life so when I look at it there are no immediate miracles although some difference. This is not for me and I will contact customer care to see if there are options. It may be great for some, and I am not one of them. Some chemicals are just too much for me.

I love it
I love this neck cream. It’s like a serum/ ointment. I find it soaks in quickly but very hydrating. If you have deep lines or sagging skin it will moisturizer. If you are hoping for a miracle to make the lines go away, I don’t believe there is a cream out there for you. Start using this even if you are young. I wish I would have started using this earlier. I have almost finished my first bottle will re- purchase.
