I found this shampoo to be very average not sure if it's because I am only using the detox shampoo and not all the other products in the brand. It cleans my hair but I don't get the same 'clean' feeling that I do with other detox shampoos. Won't be buying again - maybe better for fine hair

So far so good
I’ve only used this a couple of times so can’t comment on the long term effects, but so far I’m pleased with it. It feels like it’s giving your hair a deep clean without stripping it or leaving it dry. My hair was previously fully bleached and is now coloured so I have to be careful with it as it’s fragile and also I don’t want anything that will fade the colour quicker than it already does so this ticks all the boxes. I’m hoping it does my hair a lot of good in the long run and will keep alternating this with my regular shampoo for every other wash.

Decent, but not a miracle
The smell of the shampoo is not pronounced, light cosmetic scent. When used, menthol slightly cools the scalp. Pleasant to use. It cleanses the hair and scalp quite well, but not to the point of squeaking. Fairly gentle cleansing. To summarize - what can I say, overall the shampoo is not bad. It doesn’t dry out my hair, it doesn’t wash out the color, it doesn’t take away volume, but it doesn’t prolong the time between washing my hair, I didn’t notice any special cleansing effect. And if you consider its cost, then perhaps it’s not worth it. Personally, I won’t repurchasse it, but I don’t dare give a three star review, because it is a decent product.

Full K18 routine
I have been using K18 products with great results. Th K18 mask is the hero product of this line and delivers on its promise of repairing and overall improving the condition of your hair. I don’t think the shampoo and the oil are everyday necessities, but they are good products that go well with the mask so, when I do the mask, I do the full routine – shampoo, mask and oil (remember, no conditioner!) of K18 products. This set offers that full routine to some savings compared to buying the products individually so it’s a yes from me. Just beware that the detox shampoo is not for regular use so swap it for the other K18 shampoo if you’re in the treatment phase of the cycle (6-8 consecutive washes). I’m in the maintenance stage (once weekly, at the most) so the detox shampoo fits nicely in my routine.

Great detox shampoo
I get oily hair quickly and this cleared up my hair and made it feel squeaky clean. My hair just feels lighter and cleaner after using this wash, would recommend to double wash with this shampoo as the lather can take a while otherwise great product and doesn’t have a strong scent either which is nice
