Use on dry feet before you bath or shower, on areas of thickened, calloused, or dehydrated skin of the feet. Concentrate on the heels, the balls of the feet, beside the big toe and areas of weight-bearing. Leaves skin smooth and callus free. Use twice a week.
Wash after use with a damp nail brush and dab dry. Once worn, peel back and dispose of old pads and replace with new self-adhesive pads by pressing firmly into position on the file. Do not over-grip the file. Do not immerse or leave foot file in water.

Great BUT it does need some improvement
This is a great foot file, however the handle needs serious improvement. Whilst my feet are buffed to an inch of their life and look great, my hand sometimes gets cut due to the sharp edges on the handle. The handle is the only part that needs work, as the buffer is really good.

Great for my callous feet
This is a really great file, I find! It is one of the only ones I used and saw a big difference in my feet skin quality. It feels smoother for sure. And also I use it in the bath and it works great. Amazing combo as a reusable file with the replacement files!

Margaret Dabbs Professional Foot File
This is the best foot file in the universe, designed by a podiatrist and it shows.... If I could give it 20 stars I would !! It's sturdy, built for a lifetime's use, the file plates are replaceable (very eco friendly) and the efficacy is second to none. When used in conjunction with Margaret Dabbs intensive hydrating foot lotion you'll have feet like soft silk. There is no better product in it's class in the world and I cannot live without it. I highly reccommend !!

Best Foot File
I really rate this foot file and should be stricter on myself to use it more consistently as it does work. I find it is the right level of gentle and abrasive to gently but thoroughly file. It is a great idea to have pad replacements to avoid throwing away plastic full files all the time.
