Wonderful
I don’t usually spend so much on a cleanser, but using this on my dry mature skin is such a lush relaxation moment at the end of the day, and it leaves my skin hydrated and clean. It works quite well for non-waterproof mascara too. Didn’t try it on waterproof mascara, but not expecting any non-oil makeup remover to work on that.

Lovely silky cleasner
I'm a fan of this brand and the Queen Cleanser didn't disappoint. I really like the soft and silky feel on my skin and it was very effective at removing mascara/ eye liner which often isn't the case. It has a lovely fragrance too. Overall it's a very good and luxurious product.

Gentle but effective
I have been using this cleanser for a number of years now as the second step in my cleansing routine. It is gentle but effective, a faint aroma but not notable. I have combination skin (pores and oils in t-zone but can’t strip back moisture and it reacts/reddens quite quickly to anything remotely harsh). I have tried other cleansers when they’ve been gifted to me, but nothing beats this - I keep going back to it.

I used it as a second wash, the product has a creamy structure. When washing, it does not emulsify and does not foam, so it is a high consumption and inconvenient to use. It can be perceived as a skin care product, the skin after it is soft, but not dramatic, it does not replace care.
