Use as the last step of your evening skincare routine.
Week 1Apply a small amount (the size of a grain of rice) on targeted areas such as around the eyes, smile lines, forehead, or other areas of concern every other night.
Week 2 Apply the same amount as week 1, but increase usage to every night.
Week 3 Starting from week 3, increase usage to a pea-sized amount. You can continue using only on areas of concern, or spread lightly over entire face.
Use of retinol may cause a stinging sensation, redness and/ or flakiness of the skin. Please read instructions carefully before use and allow 2 weeks for skin to adapt.
It is recommended to use the product at night as the product may increase the skin’s sensitivity to sunlight.
Wear a sunscreen during the day while using the product. Avoid using beauty devices, scrub, exfoliating products at the same time.

I recently tried the Laneige Retinol Firming Cream Treatment. It didn't mention how many percentage of retinol but I feel it's quite mild. I have used other retinol products before, this one is a beginner-friendly retinol treatment cream designed for overnight use. My skin looks firm and smooth after using it. It helps to remove fine lines and wrinkles on a long term use. I would also suggest beginner to test on skin or use less frequently to start with. I will continue to use it and highly recommend it.

Broke me out
The Laneige Retinol Firming Cream Treatment broke me out after one use. This is one to avoid if you have sensitive skin. I am not new to retinoids, and have been on Tret for the last 4 years. I was planning on using this every other day, when not using Tret, but it has caused small red bumps all over my skin. The Medik8 crystal retinal is far superior
