Best not to use as lip balm!
I tried this for my mega-chapped winter hands. It’s great to have in the handbag through the cold season. Soothes the delicate skin on sore noses that have been blown too much with rough tissues, too! I put it on my pink nose and hands (especially knuckles) before heading outside in the cold. Works as an excellent barrier to the elements and nourishes at the same time. Prevention and cure, in one. Remember it has a distinct but lovely natural herby-rose sort of fragrance…so, best not used as a lip balm. That was one step too far for me! It does still work well as a “ready for my beauty sleep” night mask for lips though.
