Kind of watery...maybe that is how essences are supposed to be. It was not something I could use in the morning due to interaction with my makeup. I did have some some cystic acne with this.

I really like this eange
I read some reviews before buying this and, having used a Fresh essence I knew what to expect - it’s not a toner, it’s more of a serum and I put an amount into my hand and rub my palms together then apply. It does feel a bit sticky but I pay my face and neck, wait a minute then apply moisturiser at night or primer them tinted moisturiser in the morning. Since using Eve Lom skincare I have noticed an improvement in my skin and it really does look more radiant. Very pleased with this product.
