Packs a colour punch
Like the traditional lipstick range, the liquid lipstick from Lisa Eldridge is incredibly pigmented. The product goes on well and the applicator is precise. It feels fine on the lips for me and I don’t find it particularly drying. It has great staying power and need minimal of any touch ups in my experience. I’ve deducted a star because I don’t like the formula and mine separated in the tube - it’s fine with a shake and possibly a one off.

Comfortable and easy to apply
I have the shade ribbon in both the bullet and the velveteen liquid. I find the liquid is easier to apply and top up during the day but it needs to be as it doesn't last very long on me and doesn't stain the lips. The bullet is much longer lasting but a bit more drying, the velveteen is very comfortable though it is still a matte lipstick so won't feel like nothing on your lips no matter what the influencers say! The colour is insanely good, a real true red.

Lovely product
This applies really nicely and although it dries down pretty quickly it gives you time to get the application right before it sets. I tried Dragon, which is a flattering brick red shade. I really like this brand, and I think the price point is excellent.

I have found that all of Lisa Eldridge's products are flattering, and her formulas feel elegant. This Velveteen Liquid Lip Colour is no exception, as the colours are beautiful, and the actual liquid lipstick feels hydrating rather than drying. They last well on the lips, except for eating, and wear down nicely.
