Rice Whitener is designed basing on a friction between rice-screen-abrasive stone (it’s section profile is cone cylinder) combining with rubber bar to take off a thin bran on surface of rice. In the meantime, air pressure is put directly into the gap of stone and screen so bran is taken out ultimately, finished rice is cool and without bran.
- With a cone structure, it is easy to adjust capacity especially with high moisture materials. Stone is in cone shape, so it is easy to adjust the gap of the stone and screen.
- High whiteness efficiency: Bran peeling rate: (4-8)%.
- Breakage, cracking rate is low: (3-8)%.
- The whiteness level is changeable easily by adjusting a gap between rubber brake and abrasive stone.
